Reporting
Ioneer works diligently to ensure Rhyolite Ridge is developed in an environmental and socially responsible manner. To solidify transparency and accountability in our reporting, we proudly adhere to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.

Corporate Highlights
development agreement reached with esmeralda county
In April 2025, the Esmeralda County Board of County Commissioners formally adopted a Development Agreement with Ioneer to provide funding for enhanced community services and infrastructure.
RHYOLITE RIDGE RECEIVES KEY FEDERAL PERMIT
In October 2024, Ioneer received the final federal permit required for the Rhyolite Ridge Project.
Adopted a comprehensive set of EHSS Policies
During 2023 and 2024, Ioneer’s Board of Directors adopted a series of EHSS Policies and Procedures to codify the company’s commitments and establish a reporting framework.
JOINED TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE MINING
In July 2023, Ioneer became the first independent member of Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM).
Ongoing commitment to Tiehm’s Buckwheat Preservation
In May 2023, Ioneer opened the Tiehm’s Buckwheat Conservation Center.
In September 2024, the Bureau of Land Management’s Final Environmental Impact Statement for Rhyolite Ridge included a comprehensive Tiehm’s Buckwheat Protection Plan that was developed in conjunction with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the community and other stakeholders.
JOINED THE GLOBAL REPORTING INITIATIVE
In 2023 Ioneer joined the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) that enable companies to report their impact on the economy, environment and people.
