About the Ioneer Sustainable World
Scholarship Program

The Ioneer Sustainable World Scholarship has been established to invest in our future by supporting Tonopah High School, Esmeralda County Virtual High School, Mineral County High School, and local Tribal Nations’ students who are pursuing higher education with a preferred focus in Engineering, Science and/or Mining and who share Ioneer’s goal of developing materials and solutions that are necessary for a sustainable and thriving world.

Ioneer awards scholarships based on a comprehensive process.

Areas that are reviewed by the committee include but are not limited to the following items: academic accomplishments, community service and future educational goals. Ioneer will direct scholarship funds to the school the student will attend or is currently attending.

The Ioneer Sustainable World Scholarship is awarded without regard to race, color, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.
